Very friendly staff. Willing to listen. Will react promptly to questions and/or concerns, and do everything they can to help you get your game working. Community is very friendly with active users throughout the day. While there is an economy on the servers for materials, gear, and pals, there are also MANY players simply willing to give you what you need if you ask for it.
